I don't know anything about you -- I just stumbled in here.  I'm lucky to be in a heavily populated area in that tele-services come quickly.  

But I support what I think you guys are about.  There are many places that are falling farther behind the "rich/fast/in-the-know."  

Also, I fear that a bit of a "trap" is being set for the public.  We scream about the cost of cable TV rising, but I wonder how much the cost of "staying up on things" has gone already (nearly free TV and a newspaper for the price of a cup of coffee) to where now you have a couple of hundred dollars a year for a computer, two hundred or more for "ISP," and maybe add added telephone costs on that.

And those costs are likely to increase!

So... Hang in there.  This should be a sophisticated utility, not a "luxury."
