I am hoping to start a neighborhood awareness policy.  There is currently no way to inform the people of a neighborhood that a minor sex offender is returning to or enterring the neighborhood.  Why can't there be an annonymous mailing listing no names, just the information that such an individual has arrived?



I will also be contacting Bob Schuler, whom I have met on several occasions, in hopes of getting something started on this matter both locally and state wide.
