I remember reading in Iacoca's book that he had a heart murmur when he was in high school. He had to stay home, and couldn't attend school. He then "read" his own local library. That's what started him off to his great career. I have found these circumstances in almost all of successful people's careers. David Brinkley was another one who had a falling out with his parents so he would go to the library after school. The librarian took him under her wing and he also started his career from that point. This is what I am interested in, so I can give this information to students who think success is a different "ballgame". What do you

think?
